Return & Refund Policy Fast Pack Print

At Fast Pack Print, all products are custom-made according to the specifications provided by our customers. Due to the personalized nature of our packaging solutions, we maintain a clear and fair return and refund policy.

Reporting Issues

Customers must notify us within 3 working days of receiving their order if:

  • The products are defective, or
  • The order does not meet the approved specifications

Note: Returns and refunds are only applicable in cases of defective products.

Company-Side Defects

If the issue is confirmed to be due to an error on our end:

  • We will reprint the entire order at no additional cost
  • Customers must return the full order within 7 days
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
  • Customers must provide clear proof of defects (e.g., photos or videos) to initiate the claim
  • The company’s assessment regarding defects will be considered final

Client-Side Defects

If the issue is determined to be due to customer error (e.g., incorrect artwork, specifications, or approval):

  • The customer must return the complete order to request a refund
  • The refund amount will be issued after deducting:
    • Shipping charges
    • Setup costs
    • Printing costs
    • Any applicable billing fees

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Once the design proof is approved, the order is immediately sent to production
  • Customers may cancel their order within 4 hours of proof approval
  • A 5% cancellation fee will apply if the order has already been processed
  • Cancellation requests must be made within 12–24 hours of placing the order
  • Orders that have entered the printing stage cannot be canceled or refunded

Return Conditions

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

    • Items are unused and undamaged
    • Products are returned in their original packaging

Return Process

  • To initiate a return:

    1. Contact our support team at info@fastpackprint.com with your order number and issue details
    2. Our team will review your request and provide the return authorization and address
    3. Carefully pack and ship the items to prevent any transit damage
